Hey everyone! Just in case you don’t follow me on Twitter, I thought I’d share a wonderful local programme which I was lucky enough to appear in!
It was such a wonderful experience and a real pleasure to be a part of it. I was so nervous to watch it but we all wanted to watch it as a family as Fermanagh was featuring in a few segments. Homeground is very similar to Coutryfile but I feel that it features more conservation type pieces, which of course I absolutely love.
Thank you so much to Below The Radar and Ruth Sanderson for the opportunitity and big thanks to Jo Scott for really looking after me and making me feel so at ease!
Surprisingly I really liked the filming process and being in front of the camera, it feels so exhilarating and I kind of come alive a little bit more than normal!
I hope you enjoy watching it. I appear at around 23 minutes but please watch it all – it’s fantastic!

I have also been invited to be a guest speaker at Ulster Wildlife’s Grassroots Challenge celebration event! I’m also contributing to their film on the successes of the project and I’m so excited to be a part of this! The night will be featuring Simon King, who will compère the event! Huge thanks to Ulster Wildlife for giving me yet another opportunity to spread the word of nature to my generation and the world of wildlife locally. I’m very grateful.
Thanks for reading and watching
